Shipping policy

At Zingo Ringo Books, our aim is to ensure that you receive your product(s) as quickly as possible and in the best condition.  

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification along with tracking details once your order has shipped. 

Please note that any delays are due to a high volume of orders, public holidays, covid-related setbacks or courier company problems that are outside our control.  

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Simple flat rate shipping: We offer AED 20 flat rate shipping across the UAE for orders below AED 150 and AED 25 flat-rate shipping for orders above AED 150. 

Free local delivery within the UAE is available for orders above AED 300 within the standard area of coverage and excluding remote areas

Local delivery

For local delivery within the United Arab Emirates (UAE), you have the option of paying by Cash on Delivery (COD).  In this instance, your order will be handed over to you by the courier company upon payment receipt of the AED amount stated on your invoice within the order confirmation email.

Free local delivery within the UAE is available for orders above AED 300 within the standard area of coverage and excluding remote areas

Deliveries are made from 9am-6pm on Saturday-Thursday. We will contact you via phone on the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Egypt, France, Germany, Greece, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Jordan, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), Kuwait, Lebanon, Norway, Oman, Qatar, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom (UK) and United States (USA) ONLY for orders valued at AED 150 and above.

If you do not see your country in the list above, please check back as we will updated this list often.  Alternatively, you can contact us on hello@zingoringobooks.com to request and organize special shipping.

Calculated shipping rates: If shipping to the Gulf states (KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman) or to Lebanon, Jordan or Egypt, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout depending on the destination. 

Simple flat rate shipping: We offer AED 115 flat-rate shipping to Europe, Asia and the Americas including: Austria,  Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Norway, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom (UK) and United States (USA).

Your order may be subject to import duties , customs and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Zingo Ringo Books is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow at least 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@zingoringobooks.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We do not ship to PO Boxes at the present time.  Please ensure you provide a very clear address at checkout to avoid confusion and to ensure the fastest turnaround time on delivery.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

Our delivery partner will make a maximum of 3 attempts to deliver your order.  If for reasons beyond our control the products are not delivered, i.e. refusal of acceptance by recipient, or wrong name or address at time of placing the order, a 4th attempt to deliver will be charged accordingly. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We do not accept returns.  We accept exchanges up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is damaged or faulty.  This includes missing pages, illegible text or severely bent books.  

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@zingoringobooks.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these issues on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Taxes, Duties & Country-specific fees (i.e. import, VAT, clearance)

The customer is responsible for all taxes, duties, customs, and other charges in their respective territory/country, to process and receive their shipment accordingly. Zingo Ringo Books takes no responsibility for any or all products that may be held in customs, have outstanding import/duty taxes or otherwise held by the governing body in that territory.
