Refund policy

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it, unused with no stains or damage, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at support@zingoringobooks.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  Please see the sections below titled "Exchanges" and "Refunds" for more information.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items, bundles sales or gift cards.

Exchanges & Cancellations
Please ensure you review your checkout cart before making a purchase.  Returns are not accepted.  Once payment is made, we cannot accept cancellations.

Refunds
We do not provide refunds.  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if an exchange was approved or not. If approved, you will be contacted to arrange a new delivery of the item.
